"Rufus is a plumber. His blindness to this fact has landed him in several wet scenarios. Some of his most spectacularly disastrous incidents have included falling through a ceiling while clinging for dear life onto a water tank, calling a fire brigade to assist with his own tail being caught in a sink; and causing a large electrical explosion while installing a dehumidifier in his own very small cellar. He is well-intentioned in his sales pitch, but was perhaps sleeping through at least half of his night classes and got very lucky in his final exam. Thankfully, he came to the trade late in life after abandoning a successful career in daytime television, so retirement is just around the corner." (Kerry Lord, Edward's Menagerie, 2014)
