Welcome to TOFT's size guide page. Below are some basic guidelines on our yarn weight and tension, as well as TOFT garment sizes used with TOFT Quarterly Magazine clothing.

You should not be able to see any stuffing through your stitches. If your tension is not quite right your finished project might be too large or too small, and use more yarn in the process – particularly when using additional techniques like chain loops and loop stitch.

To check your tension, start by making your body, stop after Rnd 4 (30 sts) and measure the size of the hexagon before continuing.Alexandra's Garden Plants
