"Dave has an opportunistic philosophy and a nomadic lifestyle as he’s yet to find someone to build a sandcastle for and make an egg with. For breakfast, he likes to search the seafront dustbins for any trace of yesterday’s forgotten picnic, but to sate his lunchtime appetite he needs to resort to more desperate measures. His favourite food is any kind of potato. When hunger calls he’s not afraid to start dive-bombing for fresh salt and vinegary chips straight out of the sandy hands of unwitting children."
