Troy the Hammerhead Shark joined TOFT’s Sea Life collection in 2020, designed by Kerry Lord. With some fun unique shaping and colour changing, this is an excellet patter for anyone looking to expand their crochet skills.
The hammerhead shark's distinctive head shape is designed to enable this fish to trap its favourite food, stingrays, by pinning them onto the sea floor. Unlike many other fish, hammerhead sharks give birth to live young with more rounded heads than their parents.

YOU WILL NEED: To complete your crochet animal you will need a few added extras including a 3mm crochet hook, toy stuffing and a wool needle. Find everything you need in our haberdashery section or upgrade to a complete kit which includes all of the above!
MEASUREMENTS: When finished your Hammerhead Shark will be approximately 30cm long from front of head to end of tail.
SKILL LEVEL 2: This kit is suitable for enthusiastic beginners or those who have crocheted before.
