Jane the Pangolin is one of TOFT’s much-loved wild animals from our ‘Edward’s Menagerie’ collection designed by Kerry Lord. This crochet pattern is easy to follow and when crocheted in TOFT’s ARAN yarn, Jane is utterly adorable and the perfect gift for any animal lover.

Jane the Pangolin entered the menagerie via Ed's Animals Club in 2018 and since then has been a firm favourite. Pangolins are known for being the world's most trafficked mammal, and when startled they will roll up into a protective ball in self-defense. One of the all-time favourite designs by Kerry Lord, this unusual crochet pattern is perfect for those who are looking to level up their skills and uses some unique techniques to create the iconic scales on the pangolin's body and legs.

YOU WILL NEED: To complete one of TOFT’s large crochet animals you will need a few added extras including a 5mm crochet hook, toy stuffing and a wool needle. Find everything you need in our haberdashery section.

MEASUREMENTS: When finished your Pangolin will be approximately 75cm long from top of head to end of tail.

SKILL LEVEL 3: This kit is suitable for those with crochet experience.

IT WILL TAKE: approximately 5-10 hrs crochet time.
