This cute crochet project forms part of our Edward's Menagerie collection of amigurumi crochet toys designed by Kerry Lord. This farmyard-themed amigurumi crochet animal kit contains our luxurious pure wool DK yarn and an easy-to-follow downloadable pattern with video links for all the techniques.

This project is featured in Kerry Lord's latest book: The 12 Birds of Christmas. Ruth the Hen crochet pattern represents the three French Hens.

THIS KIT CONTAINS: 100g of TOFT's luxury DK wool in the colours of your choice. Shown here using:
Main colour: 75g Oatmeal
Contrast colour: 25g Camel

The crochet pattern is provided digitally in .pdf format. You can download this from a link that will appear in your MY TOFT area and at the bottom of your order confirmation email, which you can save or print at your own convenience.

YOU WILL NEED: 3mm crochet hook, toy stuffing, a wool needle and a length of black thread for the eyes.

SKILL LEVEL: 2 - easy

VITAL STATS: When finished your bird will be approximately 28cm tall.

IT WILL TAKE: approximately 1-5hrs crochet time.
