Starting from the new moon on 10th February, 2024 is a Year of the Dragon. Those born in this year are believed to be strong and independent, with a yearning for support and love. According to tradition, a dragon is powerful, energetic and visionary leader who possesses the keenest sense of self among the twelve animals in the Chinese zodiac calendar.
This crochet animal project forms part of our 'Edward's Menagerie' collection of amigurumi crochet toys designed by Kerry Lord. The most intricate and involved menagerie addition to date, this fun dragon is sure to keep your hands and hooks busy! This amigurumi crochet animal kit contains our luxurious pure wool DK yarn and an easy-to-follow downloadable pattern with video links for all the techniques.
THIS KIT CONTAINS: 175g of TOFT's luxury DK pure wool including a choice of contrast colour, along with Glass Beads and a length of Black yarn for eyes.

YOU WILL NEED: To complete your Beaded Dragon you will need a few added extras including a 3mm crochet hook, toy stuffing, Black yarn for facial features, strong thread for threading beads and a wool needle. Find everything you need in our haberdashery section.
MEASUREMENTS: When finished your Beaded Dragon will be approximately 50cm long from front of face to tip of tail.
SKILL LEVEL 3: This kit is more suitable for those with some crochet experience.
IT WILL TAKE: Approximately 20+ hours crochet time.
