This characterful frog was first seen at a crochet workshop held at London's Natural History Museum in May 2023. Inspired by photographer Brandon Güell's incredible 'Treefrog Pool Party' image, which received a Highly Commended title in the same year's Wildlife Photographer of the Year competition, this crochet version of the Morelet's tree frog is packed with personality. Also known as a black-eyed leaf frog, these striking amphibians are in fact critically endangered due to an infectious disease caused by fungi known as chytrid.

YOU WILL NEED: To complete your Morelet’s Tree Frog you will need a few added extras including a 3mm crochet hook, toy stuffing and a wool needle. Find everything you need in our haberdashery section or upgrade to a complete kit which includes all of the above!
MEASUREMENTS: When finished your frog will be approximately 14cm long from front to end of body and 31cm long with legs outstretched.
SKILL LEVEL 3: This kit is more suitable for those with some crochet experience.
IT WILL TAKE: Approximately 5-10 hours crochet time.
