This beautiful bird was created for TOFT's Spring 2023 CAL, which you can still find on Instagram @toft_uk. You can watch step-by-step videos to accompany the pattern, and with both the full pattern and CAL days, you can take part at a time that suits you and your group of friends.

With its distinctive brightly coloured plumage, the Princess Parrot is certainly a vibrant bird that can be found across central and western Australia. The greens, pinks and blues found in its feathers reflects the bird's habitat of giant marble gum trees, desert sands and sunny skies, making this crochet pattern a stunning combination of ten colours and an assortment of techniques to keep your hook entertained.

The crochet pattern is provided digitally in .pdf format. You can download this from a link that will appear at the bottom of your order confirmation email and in your MY TOFT library. You can log in and re-download the pattern at your convenience.

YOU WILL NEED: To complete your Princess Parrot you will need a few added extras including a 3mm crochet hook, toy stuffing, Black yarn for facial features a wool needle and strong thread for threading your beads. Find everything you need in our haberdashery section.

MEASUREMENTS: When finished your Princess Parrot will be approximately 22cm tall from feet to top of head.

SKILL LEVEL 3: This kit is more suitable for those with some crochet experience.

IT WILL TAKE: Approximately 5-10 hours crochet time.
