Nova the Rosy Maple Moth

Originally a member of Ed's Dye Club, Nova the Rosy Maple Moth was first seen in a hand-dyed combination of pastel pinks and yellows. These colours are now perfectly captured in TOFT's newest vintage shades, 'Peony' and 'Primrose'.

Also known as the great silk moth, rosy maple moths are in fact one of the smallest and arguably the cutest silk moths around. Often found among their favourite trees (you guessed it, maple trees!) these creatures are distinguished by their vivid colouring and woolly bodies.

THIS KIT CONTAINS: 75g of TOFT's luxury DK pure wool in the colours of your choice.

The crochet pattern is provided digitally in .pdf format. You can download this from a link that will appear at the bottom of your order confirmation email and in your MY TOFT library. You can log in and re-download the pattern at your convenience.

YOU WILL NEED: To complete your Rosy Maple Moth you will need a few added extras including a 3mm crochet hook, toy stuffing and a wool needle. Find everything you need in our haberdashery section or upgrade to a complete kit which includes all of the above!

MEASUREMENTS: When finished your moth will be approximately 15cm from nose to end with a 20cm wide wingspan.

SKILL LEVEL 3: This kit is more suitable for those with some crochet experience.

IT WILL TAKE: Approximately 1-5 hours crochet time.
