Ben the Kingfisher has been helping bird-lovers to crochet since 2015 with the first publication of Kerry Lord's Edward's Menagerie: Birds. Ready for the second edition of the book, he has been given a makeover to include some of TOFT's more recent shades of DK, including 'Apricot' and 'Teal' to reflect the instantly recognisable azure and copper feathers of the bird's plumage.

The crochet pattern is provided digitally in .pdf format. You can download this from a link that will appear at the bottom of your order confirmation email and in your MY TOFT library. You can log in and re-download the pattern at your convenience.
YOU WILL NEED: To complete your crochet bird you will need a few added extras including a 3mm crochet hook, toy stuffing and a wool needle. Find everything you need in our haberdashery section or upgrade to a complete kit which includes all of the above!
MEASUREMENTS: When finished your Kingfisher will be approximately 21cm tall from feet to top of head.
SKILL LEVEL 3: This kit is more suitable for those with some crochet experience.
IT WILL TAKE: Approximately 1-5 hours crochet time.
