Abel the Howler Monkey joined the menagerie in 2017 as part of our Primates bundle, which later went on to be published as a special edition of TOFT Quarterly. Ideal for mastering the 'loop stitch' technique, this design is based on the loudest of all monkeys, which makes a whooping bark or roar to let other howler monkeys know to stay away from their territory. You'll find this crochet howler monkey to be rather quieter than his forest-dwelling friends!

YOU WILL NEED: To complete your crochet animal you will need a few added extras including a 3mm crochet hook, toy stuffing and a wool needle. Find everything you need in our haberdashery section or upgrade to a complete kit which includes all of the above!
MEASUREMENTS: When finished and in the sitting position your animal will be approximately 18cm tall.
SKILL LEVEL 3: This kit is more suitable for those with some crochet experience.
IT WILL TAKE: Approximately 1-5 hours crochet time.
